Making dinner is getting pretty boring for us. Since we don’t have an oven and we’re both vegetarians (I occasionally cheat, but mostly I stick to veggies). We have about 6 dinners that we cycle through, but we’ve invented a new one: sushi bowls. It’s only sushi in the most general sense because it’s includes rice and soy sauce. Basically we dice vegetables (which wander far from traditional Japanese) add them to rice with a little rice wine vinegar and friend tofu. It’s surprisingly delicious and easy to make.
