The Great Ocean Road

25 May

Today is Rob’s last day of student teaching for round one. He’s every excited. To celebrate, we and our friend Kate are renting a car this weekend and driving the Great Ocean Road. It’s a coastal route that is west of Melbourne and is supposed to rival Big Sur. There are large sea cliffs and some lime stone pillars called the 12 Apostles.  Also, along the route is a forest where there should be tons of koalas in the trees. I’m very excited about seeing them. They don’t live in the forests around our house. It should be a great trip. It might rain tomorrow but Sunday should be cloudy but dry.

Just be sure that when you are counting the “12” that you are paying attention to the road! Gram Pitoni
